Susee Finance and Leasing P Ltd. is a registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) providing various financial services including, but not limited to:

• Vehicle loans

• Personal loans

• Business loans

• Lease financing

• Consumer financing

All services are subject to eligibility criteria, documentation, credit checks, and approval by the Company.

3. Application and Documentation

You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as requested

• Furnish KYC documents, income proof, and other records as required

• Authorize the Company to make inquiries with credit bureaus and third parties

• Update us promptly in case of any changes to your information

Failure to do so may result in rejection of your application or termination of services.

4. Loan Terms

Upon approval, specific loan terms such as interest rate, repayment schedule, processing fees, late payment charges, and prepayment conditions will be provided in a Loan Agreement or Sanction Letter. You agree to:

• Repay the loan as per agreed terms

• Pay all applicable fees and charges

• Not misuse the funds for unlawful purposes

• Notify us of any difficulty in repayment immediately

5. Interest Rates and Charges

All interest rates and charges are transparently disclosed at the time of loan sanction and are governed by RBI guidelines. These may include:

• Processing fee

• Interest on reducing balance

• Late payment penalty

• Foreclosure charges (if applicable)

Refer to your loan agreement for specific details.

6. Use of Website/Mobile App

If you access our website or mobile application:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials

• You agree not to misuse the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes

• The Company reserves the right to suspend access in case of suspected misuse

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to such data practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Errors or delays caused by third-party service providers

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, system outages, etc.)

9. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to its services in case of:

• Breach of these Terms

• Submission of false information

• Non-repayment or default on loans

• Misuse of funds or fraudulent activity

Termination does not affect your obligation to repay any outstanding dues.

10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madurai, Tamilnadu, India.

11. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website or communicated through official channels. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance.
