General Force Majeure:
We will not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, or boycott of Operation.
We may at any time, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cease operation of the Website and Services.
Effect of Waive:
The failure of Susee Finance to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law:
This Website originates from the City of Madurai, Tamil Nadu state of India. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu without regard to its conflict of law principles to the contrary. Neither you nor we will commence or prosecute any suit, proceeding, or claim to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, to recover damages for breach of or default of this Agreement, or otherwise arising under or by reason of this Agreement, other than in courts located in State of Tamil Nadu, India. Waiver of Class Action Rights:

Statute of Limitation:
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Products or Services or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
Termination: Susee Finance reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website if it reasonably believes, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Following termination, you will not be permitted to use the Website and we may, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cancel Product or Services. If your access to the Website is terminated, we reserve the right to exercise whatever means it deems necessary to prevent unauthorized access of the Website. This Agreement will survive indefinitely unless and until Susee Finance chooses, in its sole discretion and without advance to you, to terminate it.
Domestic Use:
Susee Finance makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside India. Users who access the Website from outside India do so at their own risk and initiative and must bear all responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws.
Assignment:
You may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement to anyone. SuseeFinance Limited may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you.

Return & Cancellation Policy
Susee Finance does not provide refund & cancellation as we are a Non-banking Finance Company, thus we require a payment Gateway to receive EMI from our customers.
1. Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:
- Multiple times debiting of Customer’s Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Customer's account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, the excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the Customer.
- Due to a technical error, payment is being charged on the Customer’s Card/Bank Account but the transaction is unsuccessful.
Susee Finance did not provide refund & cancellation as we are a Non-banking Finance Company, thus we require a payment Gateway to receive EMI from our customers.
2. The Customer will have to make an application for a refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt if any generated at the time of making payments.
3. The application in the prescribed format should be sent to admin@suseefinance.com
4. The application will be processed manually and after verification, if the claim is found valid, the amount received in excess will be refunded through electronic mode in favor of the borrower, and confirmation sent to the mailing address given to us, between 14 to 21 calendar days on receipt of such claim. It will take 3-7 days for the money to show in your bank account depending on your bank’s policy.
5. The company assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability if it is unable to affect any Payment Instruction(s) on the Payment Date owing to any one or more of the following circumstances:
a. If the Payment Instruction(s) issued by you is/are incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, and delayed.
b. If the Payment Account has insufficient funds/limits to cover the amount as mentioned in the Payment Instruction(s).
c. If the funds available in the Payment Account are under any encumbrance or charge.
d. If your Bank refuses or delays honoring the Payment Instruction(s).
e. Circumstances beyond the control of the Company (including, but not limited to, fire, flood, natural disasters, bank strikes, power failure, and systems failure like computer or telephone lines breakdown due to an unforeseeable cause or interference from an outside force)
f. In case the QR code payment/ Mobile App Payment/ NEFT Payment etc. is not effected for any reason, you will be intimated about the failed payment via the Mobile App/Payment Gateway/Bank and these transactions are governed by the terms and conditions of the payment gateway/Bank/Services Agreement as applicable.
6. User agrees that the Company, in its sole discretion, for any or no reason, and without penalty, may suspend or terminate his/her account (or any part thereof)or use of the Services and remove and discard all or any part of his/her account, user profile, or his/her recipient profile, at any time. Company may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing access to the Services, or any part thereof, with or without notice. User agrees that any termination of his/her access to the Services or any account he/she may have or portion thereof may be effected without prior notice and also agrees that Company will not be liable to User or any third party for any such termination. Any suspected, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies the Company may have at law or in equity. Upon termination for any reason, the user agrees to immediately pay the remaining dues and then may stop using the Services.

d. If your Bank refuses or delays honoring the Payment Instruction(s).
e. Circumstances beyond the control of the Company (including, but not limited to, fire, flood, natural disasters, bank strikes, power failure, and systems failure like computer or telephone lines breakdown due to an unforeseeable cause or interference from an outside force)
f. In case the QR code payment/ Mobile App Payment/ NEFT Payment etc. is not effected for any reason, you will be intimated about the failed payment via the Mobile App/Payment Gateway/Bank and these transactions are governed by the terms and conditions of the payment gateway/Bank/Services Agreement as applicable.
6. User agrees that the Company, in its sole discretion, for any or no reason, and without penalty, may suspend or terminate his/her account (or any part thereof)or use of the Services and remove and discard all or any part of his/her account, user profile, or his/her recipient profile, at any time. Company may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing access to the Services, or any part thereof, with or without notice. User agrees that any termination of his/her access to the Services or any account he/she may have or portion thereof may be effected without prior notice and also agrees that Company will not be liable to User or any third party for any such termination. Any suspected, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies the Company may have at law or in equity. Upon termination for any reason, the user agrees to immediately pay the remaining dues and then may stop using the Services.
